Assume a human could read it
Many AI services save your conversations. Depending on the product and its settings, chats can be kept for a long time, reviewed by staff to improve the service, or used in future training. Some have a private mode; most don't by default. None of that makes them evil — it makes them a public-ish place. Write accordingly.
